Another shot from the lovely autumn sunset over the Möselvalley and its vineyards near Trier. It was taken about 2 weeks ago and I understand why people walk or drive up to Petrisberg to enjoy the view. I wouldn’t mind sitting there in summer with a glass of wine and some cheese.
Together with a good friend I made a small roadtrip and visited the cities of Dinant (BE), Trier (DE) and Luxembourg (LU) this last week. I think I took some nice shots, so looking forward on editing and posting them. I already finished one yesterday which I posted on Instagram. Here it’s on a larger scale, Dinant by Night.
You all remember that photo right? While on holidays I received news there’s interest to have this one printed on a big canvas. Always nice to hear that my work gets appreciated, even if it’s private / hobby photography related instead of work.
The book I got about the 500 hidden secrets of Copenhagen did not disappoint. Following the books lead, I began wandering around and quickly began to appreciate this cool vibrant city. It literally breathes their favorite Danish word hygge. Honestly I’ll not even going to try to explain it, you’ll have to ask that to a Danish or otherwise read one of the many books published. Some of my friends always ask me why I go to Wroclaw. I honestly just love the vibe of the city. In some way it reminds me of cities like Berlin, mixing old and new, classic and modern. Lots of greens and a laid back atmosphere, partially due to all the students I guess. To have a friend living there to hang out with, makes it even more fun. Nevertheless, we don’t meet that often.
